Distribution (Place) is one of the four elements of promoting mix, the other three being Merchandise, Price and Promotion known as the 4Ps. The importance of the strong and reliable division network cannot be over highlighted in an FMCG company. Within an FMCG business like Skol where there is rapid movements of products over the distribution programs (especially in summer when the demand reaches peak), a suitable distribution network would mean the two increased sales and customer satisfaction. Industry Developers (MDs) and Region Market Remotes (AMCs) are the frontline personnel who form the strong foundation of the division network in Coca-Cola Organization. Any disadvantage on their part will result in lack of sales to get the company and also affects the RED quite a few the stores where buy does not get delivered. This kind of research was focused on identifying the distribution gaps in direct ways and taking steps to link the gaps in order to make the distribution network more efficient. This study can be confined to the direct routes of Dilshad Garden lager in East Delhi. The methodology includes the following steps:
