The environmental crisis can be described as long term threat to the earth's well being. Throughout traditional european views there exists a pattern of exploitation that cannot be disregarded, because it has put the earth and its habitants in a dodgy position. The west provides completely eliminated any holy meaning by nature; there is no longer any relationship among humans, mood, and the all-natural aspects of the environment. In addition to this, the anthropocentric perspective that the west holds has brought about the ecological degradation of our entire world; viewing nature as some thing to be managed and dominated, rather than respectable and honored. The lack of a relationship between nature and western faith has brought on an extreme disconnect, and therefore, some of the normal world as something that really should not be considered sacred or divine.
