This study was intended to seek the Personality traits and Perceives Stress of the nonteaching staff of CEU Makati-Gil Puyat because basis for their Job Fulfillment. By the use of calculated sampling strategy which the analysts will analyze the entire population that has a particular set of characteristics. Thirty five (35) respondents will be participating in the research. The participants are Non-teaching staff of Centro Estudiante University-Makati, Gil Puyat. The researchers chose non-teaching personnel as their respondents to measure their job satisfaction that may be influenced by their personality qualities and anxiety by means of answering different standardized questionnaires. These types of questionnaires were distributed towards the respondents every department. The NEO PI-R and the Recognized Stress Size was administered to the members of the analyze to assess their character and tension. The NEO PI-R includes 50-items manufactured by Paul Costa, Jr. and Robert McCrae. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) was created by Sheldon Cohen, which in turn consists of 15 items and is most widely used mental instrument intended for measuring the perception of stress. To be able to determine the position Satisfaction of the respondents, a 36-item customer survey was used in the study that covers the nine facet scales utilized to assess the worker attitudes about the job and aspects of the position. It had been concluded that staff in CEU Makati are more ambivalent than satisfied inside their job position and even more often they don't feel virtually any dissatisfaction.

Personality characteristic is the person's behavior to others' frame of mind, characteristics, and mindset that makes up his personality. Personality is what makes people different from one another. Openness to experience is the active seeking and appreciation of experiences for their own benefit. Agreeableness is a kinds of communications an individual likes from empathy to tough mindedness. Conscientiousness is the level of organization, determination, control and motivation in goal directed. This Big Five Component contains six facets, every single of which is measured with a separate size. In Neuroticism, the six facets will be: Anxiety, Angry-Hostility, Depression, Self-Consciousness, Impulsiveness, and Vulnerability to fret. Extraversion involves, warmth, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity, excitement-seeking, and positive emotion. Visibility to experience contains fantasy, aesthetics, actions, ideas, and values. Agreeableness comes with, trust, straight-forwardness, altruism, complying modesty, and tender-mindedness. And lastly, Conscientiousness facets are: Proficiency, Order, Dutifulness, Achievement-Striving, Self-Discipline, and Deliberation.
